This is a 70 acre parcel in the Strawberry Creek Valley between 25 & 26 mile on old Glacier Highway in Juneau, AK. It is an irregular long rectangle-shaped parcel that fronts the southwest side of Glacier Highway for approximately 1100 feet. The Wetlands Mapping and Delineation Report was completed in October 2018. In this report, there are 63.3 total acres of wetlands and 6.7 acres of timbered uplands. Wetlands areas were mapped using the "triple parameter" method described in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual. The area was surveyed recorded in August 2018. Copies of both documents are available in the listing office.
